Carhartt Aviation Pants
The Carhartt Aviation Pants have been updated, introducing lycra to the wool/polyester blend for improved stretch during movement while still maintaining warmth. Cut to a slim fit, the low-waist offers a relaxed silhouette secured through adjustable straps by the waist and a traditional zip fly. Reflecting the brand’s workwear heritage, bartack stitching has been added to vital stress points as well as a double layer at the knee ensuring a build that’s made to last. Final functional details include traditional cargo pockets down the side seams and welt pockets at the rear. The trousers have been dressed in a glencheck pattern, with black and white tones while a small square pocket is in situ on the right pocket.
Carhartt WIP was founded in 1994, following a hundred years of experience in the workwear industry from Detroit, the brand was eventually incorporated into hip-hop culture - although following the 1995 release of French film ‘La Haine’ it became globally synonymous with urban subcultures.
